Renting a house in the game provides the luxury of personal space for players, but there are specific requirements and mechanics involved. Below is a detailed guide to help you understand the process.

# ✅ Requirements for Renting a House

• Premium Account
  You must have an active premium account to rent a house.

  ⚠️ Losing premium status means losing the house.

• Level Requirement
  Your character must be at least level 20.

• Ownership Limitation

  • You may own only one house at a time per account.
  • You may also own an additional guildhall, if you meet the requirements (see below).

# 💰 Winning Bid & Rent Payment

• You must have the winning bid amount + one month’s rent available in your depot.
• A newly started auction currently lasts 3 days
  (Note: This may be extended to 7 days in the future)

# 🚫 Failure to Pay:

• If you fail to provide the required amount, you will receive a
  7-day house auction exclusion.
• Repeated failures will result in a
  30-day account ban.

# 🏢 Guildhall Rentals

To bid on a guildhall, you must:

• Be at least level 20
• Be the leader of an active guild
• Have a premium account
• Your guild must have four vice leaders, each with premium account

# ⚖️ Auction Rules & Punishments

• Spoiling Auctions (e.g.):
  • Making fake bids
  • Intentionally disrupting the process
  • Bidding on multiple houses just to inflate prices

• Longer bans
• Possible account termination
